Christian Cowan is the young, super-talented British born designer who is opening eyes with his ultra fun clothing. The handsome boyfriend of Paper mag owner Drew Elliott, Cowan is all about F-U-N! There were so many great looks that we went gaga. The first frocks we saw hanging backstage were a neon green see-through trench, as well as a super fab red sequin trench. There were groovy, mod black & white looks as well, along with marabou feather touches, sequins and paillettes. The fake fur coat with neon heart attached was a show stopper. Oh and let’s not forget the metallic bubble belted parka that looked like something from another planet, styled with a Little Edie Beale head scarf. Makeup and hair were super 60s; hair was slicked back with super long braids and models sported “spikey” drawn on eyelashes.
