FALL 2018
Enamored is what we are of brilliant designer Feng Chen Wang’s bold menswear statements. Last season we just couldn’t get enough of her “Made In China” collection for SS 2018. And her Fall 2018 season was just as strong with her coming home theme. Probably the most attention stealing look was her outrageous take on the “boyfriend shirt” which consisted of a shirt constructed of multiple men’s shirts (a look that may eventually not only end up hanging in somebody’s closet, but in a museum as well!) There were oversized pop art accessories like the padded phone, backpack and house key, as well as rubber boots with “The Way Home” imprinted on them. We loved the dramatic navy vinyl duster and, of course, the eye-catching finale which consisted of a tightly belted shiny orange puff jacket paired with matching trousers on model Piero Mendez.
