AGE? I just turned 21 on May 23rd.
HOMETOWN? Nashville, TN.
ARE YOU IN SCHOOL? Not at the moment, but hopefully in the future. I’d love to study abroad.
HOW DID YOU GET INTO MODELING? I was working in a restaurant when a scout from Tribe Talent Management came in to place an order. She asked if I had done any modeling. I told her I had not. She handed me her business card and requested I come to the agency to take some photos. Three days later my first images were generated in their studio.
FIRST MODELING JOB? In January of 2023, Nashville News Channel 5’s Talk of the Town did a segment on popular fashion trends. It was not a paying job, but did provide some television exposure.
FAVORITE PART OF BEING A MODEL? The energy is fantastic when you have a great vibe and connection with your photographer. Fashion is an incredible art form and I love being a part of the creative process.
WORSE PART OF BEING A MODEL? Having to be in two places at the same time (or just about) can be challenging. Especially when castings or photo shoots are on opposite sides of NYC. So far I’ve made it work…though sprinting through the subway station can be tricky.
HAVE YOU WALKED RUNWAY OR DO YOU ASPIRE TO WALK RUNWAY? I did walk in a Vanderbilt University fashion show called Vandy Vanity and it was really cool. I do aspire to walk runway. It would be a dream come true.
FAVORITE PHOTOGRAPHER? I have been working with photographer Michael Watson lately and he is brilliant. He allows me to collaborate with him on various shoots and really includes me in the artistic process from beginning to end.
FAVORITE MODEL? At the moment I really enjoy Tyrone Susman and all of his looks with Rick Owens.
FAVORITE DESIGNER/LABEL? Acne Studios is a favorite for sure. Outstanding quality and the brand’s heritage is quite impressive. I would love to do a campaign or work for this fashion house.
DREAM CAMPAIGN? Mason Margiela. I feel that I truly resonate with this clothing. The deconstructive nature of the Fall/Winter lines has me hooked.
DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE/LOOK? I think I have a unique way of blending masculine and feminine aesthetics. I’ve been told I have a non-binary/androgynous look at times. Because of this, I can offer a versatile appearance allowing me to transcend traditional gender norms in both fashion and artistic projects.
FAVORITE MUSICIAN/BAND? Elvis Costello – all of his stuff is magic.
FAVORITE SONG OF THE MOMENT? “Sunny Afternoon” by The Kinks.
INTERESTS BESIDES MODELING? I love traveling, snowboarding, swimming, soccer, hiking, camping, kayaking and cooking just to name a few interests. I’ve been dabbling with my guitar and I have a sewing machine I’m determined to master.
GF? BF? I do have someone special in my life and they’re wonderful.
WHAT’S NEXT FOR YOU? Preparing my book this summer and getting back to New York to live full-time so that I am able to pursue and truly dedicate this time to modeling.
