ARE YOU IN SCHOOL AT THE MOMENT? No.
HOW DID YOU GET INTO MODELING? I first got into modeling when I was around 15. My mom and I used to go out and shoot at random spots and we built my first portfolio to submit to my first agency.
FIRST MODELING JOB? My first Job was for Neiman Marcus.
FAVORITE PART OF BEING A MODEL? I love being able to be in front of designers and other models who I can show my work and ideas to. It’s nice being around like-minded people.
WORSE PART OF BEING A MODEL? The worst part of being a model is probably having to always try to have perfect skin and force yourself to eat healthy and not eat pizza and bagels all the time.
HAVE YOU WALKED RUNWAY OR DO YOU ASPIRE TO WALK RUNWAY? A goal of mine is to be able to walk for bigger brands and do more theatrical shows. I feel like there’s so much put into the shows and sets that they do.
FAVORITE PHOTOGRAPHER? Alexander Thompson of course. The way he can put you in a time machine and completely transform you into someone right out of the 1950s is amazing. I collect vintage pieces/vintage-looking pieces, and I’ve got to say, he’s got an amazing collection.
FAVORITE MODEL? Shalom Harlow.
FAVORITE DESIGNER/LABEL? I’ve been following a lot of Vivienne Westwood and Maison Margiela. I like the randomness of both designers.
DREAM CAMPAIGN? Gucci’s 2019 cruise campaign was one of my favorites, I would have loved to be a part of something like that.
DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE/LOOK? I like to use more patterns and colors that don’t really go together. I try to pull random pieces, almost like an “I just woke up and threw on what I first saw” type of look. Bonus points when things start to get distressed and old-looking.
FAVORITE MUSICIAN/BAND? I’ve been listening to a lot of Men I Trust, especially after seeing them live.
FAVORITE SONG OF THE MOMENT? “Anytime” by Pasty Cline. But I also love “Heartaches” by Patsy Cline which is stuck in my head on repeat.
INTERESTS BESIDES MODELING? I’ve been experimenting with old clothes and crocheting to make up-cycled stuff. The more worn down and beaten up the clothes are, the better.
GF? BF? Being in NYC I’ve realized that a relationship is honestly the last thing on my mind, even though it would be nice HAHA.
WHAT’S NEXT FOR YOU? I’m not sure what’s next from here, but I’m here in one of the greatest cities so we’ll see where the subways and rats take me.
